Germinated 5 seeds in Jiffy peat pellets, had sprouts in 3 days, 100 % germination. If I remember right, 1 sprouted a day later. Repotted into 16 oz drink cups with plain jungle growth potting soil till about 6" in height. Repotted into 1 gallon pots in a soil mix of jungle growth potting soil, blood and bone meal, black kow composted cow manure, and perlite. Fertilized once with Pure Blend veg 1.0-.5-1.0 at around the 6th week in veg, Maxi-Crop .1-1.0-1.0 seaweed stuff about every third watering. Vegged for approximately 8 weeks, 14-16 inches, 4 females, 1 male, however only one or two showed sex before going into 12/12. Phenotype in veg was very similar, a couple a little taller than the others. Nice wide leaves, dark green in color. I thought the internode spacing might be a bit elongated, but I sure saw I was wrong in flower they filled out nicely. I topped 3 and left the shorter one to do what it desired.

Flowering got into full swing maybe 7-10 days after going 12/12. I fertilized religiously once a week with Pure Blend bloom .5-.5-1.0 and the aforementioned Maxi-Crop. The one untopped plant grew into a nice christmas tree shape with a nice fat main cola, wish I had better light for the lower branches. The topped ones were somewhat different in that one had 4 huge main branches that put out some impressive colas, the other 2 ended up being similar but somewhat scrawnier. I was going for 10 weeks on all of them, but wanted to try the recommended final 2 weeks in the dark so I used the 2 smaller ones for that little experiment. Unfortunately I only got thru about a week of that and chopped those 2 at around 9 weeks. From what I saw, I see no benefit to 1 week darkness, don't see 2 making any difference either. The larger ones went a full ten weeks and finished out quite nicely. I didn't keep individual plant yields, but got about 10 z's off the 4 total.

The smoke was pleasing, nice sweet taste with an earthy body, somewhat like playdoh. Not sickeningly sweet and with a hint of spice. The high is quite up and heady, with maybe a little drooping of the eyelids after a couple hours, but another bowl remedies that. The bud cured with a nice "crust" of trichomes that was quite pleasing. I rated White Widow a 7 overall due to the 10 week finishing time and erratic growth pheno's

It was way one indica side, which really surprised me. It reminds me alot of Misty, but is more potent. The high/stone had a alot of great effects. It gradually builds up, like walking up a mountain, it gets harder and harder, and then when you finally reach the summit, you're like wow, this is a very nice feeling. Has a little visual to it, a little rush, a little couchlock, just a little bit of everything. I also found it to be a great party strain, with plenty of laughter in it.

Some people might not like the taste, but it really grew on me. The smell is average in the vegetative and a little more in the flowering stage, but nothing too bad. Also it would make a wonderful SOG strain, and it had very little stretching. Above average yields, with a high trichome rate. Does well topped or not. Flowering time was right around 56 days for me.

I love this plant. Grew quick (in veg) and easily although I felt the flowering time was far too long (10 weeks); I wanted to cut 'em down!
Beautiful looking plants in veg and through to flower. For a big grow smell may be an issue but it was fine for me. Careful when moving and checking plants, stems are quite weak and are easily broken. Left the plants to bud for 10 weeks reducing the light in the final 2 weeks dramatically.

This little thing was a by-product so to say of my main grow, grew it from seed and veg'd for roughly 3 weeks under a 7W (yes, seven watts) compact fluoro desk light. After that it was put in with my main batch under a 250W HPS. During veg and flowering the plant was practically odorless, very handy in a stealth setup. I fed it very lightly with organic ferts, mostly fed with plain water all through its life. I wasn't really paying any attention to it at all, seems to be very easy for a newbie. Obviously it had stretched a lot and was looking really pathetic, but still managed to yield around an oz of dry bud.

Now let me tell you, the bud is surprisingly very potent considering how I treated it, its completely covered with trichomes, leaves included. I can see how this plant got its reputation; with proper care this one could give very nice results indeed. Its been curing for a few weeks now, and has a very strong aroma, more so than the bubblegum from the main batch which is pretty stinky itself. It has quite a strong harsh taste, not really to my liking, and well, call me silly but it's a bit too potent for my taste. :) I like to be able to slowly get myself high and smoke larger amounts, this stuff just knocks me off my feet after a couple big hits.

If you're looking for an easy way to get potent stuff fast and don't care about the taste, this is a good choice.

Started 3 seeds, all popped, seedlings were growing very good, you can see some sativa on their veins, seedlings grew kind of tall, not too bad, they were fast growing plants for sure and at 2 weeks the roots were coming out of the bottom of the dixie cups.

Veg. Stage:
Plants were moved into 3 gal pots at 2 weeks old, lights were switched to 18/6, I didn't give any N based fert till they were a month old, all plants showed sex in Veg stage and only 1 turned out to be male.

Flowering:
Plants were moved into 4 gal pots using foxfarm soil, using foxfarm ferts also in flowering with excellent results. Plants remained bushy all the time, even the male, with very very dark leaves (almost black) and smelling very good also (skunk-papaya?) at the 4th week of flowering PK 13-14 came and played an important roll and worked, Bud size increased about 30% more, (flower production wasn't great anyway but the PK helped a lot!). Harvested at 63 days and she looked like she never wanted to stop growing. Smoke was amazing, unreal to me 'cause I chopped a week before of what I was looking. Potency: very strong with some visual effects.

I started with 4 seeds all germinated and two were female. One was a little bit taller and yielded a bit more but the bushier one had more white all over.

They were 5 week in veg, growing slowly IMO. They were 11in and 13in before I move to 12/12. I recommend to veg them much more, they don't stretch much in flowering. They shown sex soon after 4 weeks. They love fert very much especially N and MG.

In flowering they start to flower very early. They were very bushy and had a lot of resin, very white and nice to look at.

The smell was high and fill my attic and it was overwhelming not good for a box in the living room. I finished the first one after 60 days and the second after 65 days.

The buds are full dense and full with resin. They were very small bushy plants finished around 20in height and 20in width, I got a very good yield for small plants like that around 2 ounces per plant.

The smoke is very strong and not for beginners, very balance head and body. The taste is not the best, a little bit to harsh. The smell is a nice one with little lemon kind.

I would recommend it to anyone, I will grow in again also. It's very good for small boxes and give very nice yield for inexpensive seeds.

Have a nice grow,
zozo

I loved this plant. They grew exceptionally the entire time. I planted 3 seeds and 2 were males. Believe it or not the plant that turned out to be female was twice the size of the males nearly. This girl had a pleasant smell a bit different then most, not really skunky, but you could smell it as soon as the door to my room was open and if it were open for the whole day I could smell it throughout the hallway. I left her in the dark for one week at the end of the harvest and it seemed to increase crystal production quite a bit.

Her buds are powdered with crystals and she is extremely sticky to the touch. She tastes great, everyone who I have smoked this bud with loves it and wants more, unfortunately for me :( I yielded 40 grams off of her under a 100 watt HPS light. Not as much as I had hoped but really well in comparison to this same plant under larger lights.

This garden had only one WW, so my report may not be complete, as I had no different phenos for comparsion.

The plant was tied down in early flowering to assume a more horizontal shape and receive more light. It vegged for about 45 days and started flowering. It flowered for about 55 - 60 days, and I harvested when half of the heads were cloudy, and there were very few amber ones.

I had no problem with growing this plant, it was very vigorous and grew fast. It had few thricomes for a white widow, I think it could be more frosty... It grew just like an average indica. The only problem was some mold on the buds, because it rained a bit near harvest.

The smell was strong, and somewhat skunky (just that typical indica smell, like a northern lights). It grew among sativas and was easily the most strong smelling plant of the grow.
For the taste, it had very little, cant describe well, but it wasnt good. Maybe a leafy taste.

The high was kinda strong, but not a very potent smoke. Didnt had that expansive smoke that the most potent indicas use to have. Somewhat couchlock, will not glue you to a chair all day long.

It was very easy plant to grow, I would recomend it for begginers. But not a first choice for those who like ultra strong potency and taste.

Maybe if you grow a bunch and select a mom you can have better results, but I enjoyed growing it.
